From a young age and growing up in a smalll northern Italian town i always had an appreciation for what my area had to offer in the likes of nature and history,capturing in my mind the emotions i felt.
It was in 1996 when i started to travel the world and see for myself what it really looked like. Having in my thoughts an idea of what I would find or see before geting to a new place,the colours, the shape of the land, the buildings and the way the people would live in their own surroundings, but often would not be like how i imagined it.
I began taking photographs of every place i visited to reproduce what I had in vision for everybody else to see. For every place i go there is an emotion, a mood attached to it i can feel but not always able to see and this is where my inspiration comes from.
Today, about 12 years after my first trip, I'm still enjoying capturing images of far away corners of the world to present to you the best of my work.
